This document transparently reflects the technical and privacy architecture of BipolarSocial. Statutory operator entities will be finalized prior to public launch.
1. Public Brand & Community Identity
BipolarSocial ("BipolarSocial Community") is an international, completely free, non-commercial peer-support community designed for adults living with bipolar disorder and individuals interested in mental health solidarity, art, friendship, and mutual understanding.
The platform contains no advertising, commercial sponsorships, paid subscriptions, or data brokering. Individual developers or founders are not publicly promoted; moderation and governance are conducted under the collective identity "Bipolar Social Community & Moderation Team".
2. Legal Operator & Data Controller Status
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The platform is currently in a Private Technical Pre-Launch & International Compliance Evaluation phase. Public user onboarding and public data collection are paused.
The definitive operating legal entity (such as a Swiss non-profit association pursuant to Swiss Civil Code Art. 60 et seq. or an international foundation), registered office, and statutory representatives are being finalized prior to public launch. Fictional legal entities or AI identities are strictly excluded.

BipolarSocial is NOT a medical clinic, psychotherapy facility, or emergency crisis service. Peer interactions do not constitute medical advice or replace professional psychiatric consultation or treatment.
