This document transparently reflects the technical and privacy architecture of BipolarSocial. Statutory operator entities will be finalized prior to public launch.
1. Scope & Nature of the Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to BipolarSocial. The platform is entirely free and non-commercial, operated for peer solidarity and mutual support.
The service charges zero fees and offers no paid memberships, advertising, or commercial monetization.
2. Age Eligibility: Strictly 18+ Adults Only
BipolarSocial is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Minors are prohibited from registering or posting on the platform.
Accounts discovered to belong to minors will be closed immediately without delay.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited: Harassment, hate speech, defamation, discrimination, and unauthorized disclosure of other members’ identities (doxxing).
Zero Tolerance for Suicide / Self-Harm Incitement: Any content encouraging, instructing, or glorifying suicide or self-harm is strictly banned and removed immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer
The platform facilitates lay peer support. BipolarSocial assumes no liability for user decisions, content accuracy, or health outcomes.
